Dr. Jim Schilling
Dr. Jim Schilling graduated from Northwestern Health Sciences University in Minneapolis, Minnesota. His past experiences include treating patients at Woodwinds Hospital, which was rated "Top 50 Best Places to Work in the World" by Forbes. He also worked at Bandana Chiropractic, which was voted "The Best Chiropractic Clinic" in the Minneapolis/St. Paul area by People's Choice©.
Dr. Schilling moved to Arkansas in October of 2008, to be close to his family. His sister Jenny and brother in law Josh are owners and administrators at Crawford Health Care and Rehab in Van Buren Arkansas.
Dr. Schilling thoroughly believes that people have the innate ability to heal on their own if their nervous system, which controls all bodily functions, is working sufficiently. He prides himself upon treating the cause of the problem, rather than simply treating the symptoms. It is within this philosophy that Dr. Schilling believes it is a God given right to live pain free but also symptom free.
Dr. Schilling is very passionate about the benefits of chiropractic, but believes that there is also life saving benefits offered by the medical and allopathic model. Dr. Schilling adamantly believes all healthcare practitioners should work with a common goal, which is bettering the lives of those who seek health and a pain free life.
Dr. Gabriel Carroll
Dr. Carroll was born in Lake Jackson, TX and moved to Fort Smith at a young age. He grew up in Fort Smith and graduated high school from Southside High School. He then attended UAFS where he obtained his Bachelor's of Science in Biology. Immediately following undergraduate school, he traveled to Pasadena, TX to attend chiropractic school at Texas Chiropractic College. He has worked at the Moody Health Clinic treating patients in Pasadena, TX as well as the Bridge over Troubled Water, a battered women's shelter, treating and providing care for the individuals located there. He traveled to Highland, UT to where he worked at Canyon Chiropractic treating patients before landing in Fort Smith where he has joined the team at Elite Chiropractic Center.
Dr. Carroll returned to Fort Smith to be with his family, friends, and to give back to the community that helped change him into the person he is today.
Dr. Carroll is a major advocate for natural holistic medicine, and a tremendous advocate of living a healthy lifestyle. He shares a common view with Dr. Schilling that all practitioners should work together for the good of their patients to provide a healthy and pain free lifestyle. Dr. Carroll believes in not treating just the symptoms of a condition, but finding the source or the problem and correcting it so symptoms will not arise again.
